Michaela Sinclair joined Lincoln Policy Group as Director of Operations in August of 2013. Prior to her work with the Lincoln Policy Group, Michaela has undertaken leadership roles in both the public and private sector.
She has served as Director of Scheduling for Senator Lincoln's campaign office, as Central Virginia Fundraising Director for Jody Wagner's campaign for Lieutenant Governor in Virginia and as a member of the Finance and Political staff for the Mike Beebe for Governor Campaign in Arkansas. Additionally, Michaela served as the Chief of Staff for Arkansas First Lady Ginger Beebe.
As a consultant, Michaela implemented the lead role in the planning and execution of the Delta Regional Authority's annual conference in 2011, coordinated nationwide press and political events around the one year anniversary of passage of the Affordable Care Act, and served as as a Research Consultant for the Democratic Party of Virginia.
She began her political career while in college interning for the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. Following graduation, Michaela accepted an internship with the William Jefferson Clinton Foundation.
She is graduate of San Francisco State University with a degree in political science with an emphasis on economic disparity. Michaela and her husband Bruce are residents of Northern Virginia and the proud parents of daughters Amelia and Lila.
